Romantic musical based on Victor Hugo´s novel Notre Dame de Paris.
The magnificent cathedral of Our Lady of Paris is towering over the fates of the Parisiens. It has been watching over the everyday stories full of human cravings for happiness and love for centuries. But what kind of stories these must have been, in the times when the belief in love was the only thing a man could possess? In the times when people died for love? This musical spectacle in theatre Hybernia, full of impressive choreographies and emotive scenes, can take you all the way to these romantic times of 15th century Paris. To Prague to see its latest adaptation called QASIMODO. Music was written by Petr Kaláb, Jan Maxián and Jakub Prachař. Apart from their author music production (eg. Nightwork), they also have experience composing music for various multimedia alternative projects in the popular Prague´s La Fabrica. Libretto was written by Lukáš Trpišovský and Martin Kukučka, who is also the director of this musical. These two are also known for their artistic production under the name SKUTR. The lyrics were written by Petr Kolečko ( eg. musical Pornohvezdy). The team is complemented by choreographer Jana Burkiewiczová.
