Born in 1975 into a family of talented chefs with many years of tradition, cooking was his childhood, the kitchen was, and still is his playground. He has honed his skills across the globe working in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Austria, Italy, France, Singapore and Germany. In the 2001/2002 season, he was awarded the silver medal in the Chef of the Year competition for his talents, as well as numerous contributions he has made to the culinary world as a whole. He is currently a key member of a National Culinary Team which regularly brings home medals from the FHA Culinary Challenge Singapore competition.
